What is JitFit?
JitFit = Jiu-Jitsu + High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
JitFit is a fast paced class only offered at the Chicago School of Grappling. There are 5 minute sets followed by 2 minute breaks per round for 6 total rounds.
Within each set there are 5 different workouts to be performed within 1 minute sprints. Additionally, JitFit uses an algorithm to randomize workouts so that you don't get bored and instead get challenged.
