HOW DOES JITFIT WORK?
| Prep Before Class: Arrive 5 minutes early so you can grab a jump rope and size it to your height. If you have any injuries, let the instructor know so he/she can adjust the workouts so you don't aggravate your injuries.
| Rounds: Each round is 5 minutes long because that's how long a match is for a white belt in jiu jitsu. A computer program generates randomized workouts for us to do. Each minute is a different workout. The instructor will show you that workout before each round so you know what to expect for the next 5 minutes. Take a 1:30 min break and repeat.
| The Cool Down: After completing 5-6 rounds, the instructor will have you follow along for a stretch since your body is warm. This is the optimal time to increase your flexibility.
| Feel Accomplished : One JitFitter said "I still get a little nervous before each class", but she still comes and has seen fantastic results. Feel accomplished knowing you did a JitFit class and get ready for the next.
HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT
| Do live or at home: Whether you prefer to do classes live with other students or at home, JitFit has you covered. You can choose or do both if you'd like to keep your heart rate going through the week.
| No annual contract or fees: We believe signing annual contracts is straight up shady. That is why we do month-to-month. You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Additionally, we don't do any enrollment or cancellation fees because we believe in transparency.
| Patient and friendly instructors: Our biggest differentiation is our instructors. They are patient and work well with all types of students. Our goal is for you to learn in an environment where you feel the most comfortable. JitFit John Le is the main coach and his goal is to get you fit, but also to make you laugh- he's pretty good at it.

None at all. In fact, JitFit is a great place to learn the moves you'll use for Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling.

Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. No shoes will be allowed on the mats and socks will make it harder for you because lack of traction. Good tips are to wear shirts that cover your shoulders as there is some ground movements where you'll be on your back.
DO I NEED to get in shape before trying jitfit?
Absolutely not. The point is for JitFit to help you get in shape. You don't need to be physically fit to do it. Just get your butt over here.
