YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP YOU CAN'T USE
It really upsets us to see other gyms continuing to ask members to pay during this COVID pandemic. We understand that you have your bills, your families and your lives to worry about. A gym's problem shouldn't be your problem. In fact, one person emailed and told us that when they tried to break their contract with another gym, that gym first sent an email about "how we are a family" which meant to keep paying and then a follow up saying "If you do want to quit, then you need to pay $300 to break your annual contract".
That's not how you treat people. Not during this time. Not ever.
So how are we able to not do that? We managed an emergency reserve. In March that allowed us to pay all our instructors, refund 100% of members and to close until the end of 2020 if we wanted to without having to close our business.
